This is too funny! What does it even mean "When the ink is dry"? and "Get out your umbrella"? In Philly "Get out your umbrella" would mean that he is about to make it rain, as in make the cash flow hard and fast.
For quite some time Val would say that he would put out News soon, just waiting on the "ink to dry" on the contract.
Also, people who would talk to Val would ask him when News was coming. After saying "ink to dry" for a while he started saying, "get your umbrellas out" indicating that there was a bunch of news about to be released.
I know it is probably debatable but most longs would agree that neither has actually ever happened even though it was often promised.
