Anywhere MD was purchased my MedLink and the operations absorbed by MedLink leaving ANWM as a publicly traded shell. There is no company, no revenues, no earnings. An investor group known as “Stock Charter Group” (SCG) is accumulating the outstanding shares on the open market and wants to insert a profitable business into the shell. Over the past several months this investor group has been acquiring all of the shares of the sellers.
