brother. The website for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission (PSC) shows that on
October 11, 2005, the PSC issued a Summary Order to Cease snd Desist directing BRUHJELL
to stop offering or selling shares in Indocan Resources, Inc., a Nevada corporation that
purportedly was involved in oil and gas investments. BRUHJELL was the president of Indocan.
