Great news IMO from MDGC and CCOP regarding the finalization of the purchase. I only see positives from this agreement. People are concerned that MDGC gave up the patents for very little but really what are they worth without dollars to go after those using them. In essence they really haven’t given up anything because they are able to use them as if they were still theirs and who knows what will happen in the future, maybe we become one big happy family. I found the key phrase “sets the stage to grow revenue quickly as we deploy “proprietary networks” and IMO that is the key here. The patents are a base but designing the network with all the necessary pieces to create the speeds that are suggested is the money maker and evidently it is MDGC’s technical skills that will make this happen.

Val, IMO has toyed with many different designs/configurations and has evidently found the Chalice that is perceived to be the “Holy Grail” for blazing speeds. My perception regarding MDGC was that they were designing a network that would be much like a franchise design in that it would be “cookie cutter” which means it has a design that can be repeated over and over again without concern to topography, can be quickly deployed and inexpensive compared to present configurations. The money in this is with the network and getting a solid customer base for the continuous cash flow, not fighting the big dogs in court battles for infringement violations. Once MDGC proves that they have the goods, the big guys will willingly pay for the rights to use our “proprietary network” so they can maintain their status quo.

I am at this time very confident that we have finally turned the corner on a monstrous project and all that needs to be done now is follow thru which would be confirmation of speeds. Good work Val!
