Florida Couple Arrested for Allegedly Having Sex on Beach in Front of Children
A young couple was arrested for allegedly having sex on a Florida beach in full view of about 100 people, some of them children.
Erica Huerta, 21, and Steven Perry, 22, were charged with felony lewd and lascivious behavior after police say the pair engaged in various sex acts Monday near a popular restaurant in Treasure Island, Fla., according to local press reports.
Huerta, of Tallahassee, and Perry, of Lutz, were arrested around 7:30 p.m. Monday after they were seen having sex within 100 feet of restaurant customers, including children who were even closer, cfnews13.com reports.
The two were reportedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Perry posted a $10,000 bond. Huerta, who has not posted bond, remains at Pinellas County jail, according to the website.
