Thread: iWifi.us Trade Mark Expired?

A quick search at US Patent's Office revealed that iWifi.us Trade Mark has expired/withdrawn in March 2011. Is that true? If so we need to touch base with Val. Hope he has some alternative ideas as MDGC/CCOP are about to launch the Boise project. Here is the link: TESS -- Error

That is interesting. I did a recent google search for just iWiFi and the first hit was Apple's App iWiFi. I wonder if it will be too late now? Gosh, that would be bad.

Perhaps you are right df4427. Money woes prevented Val from renewing the Trade Mark application. May be Val has now registered iWifi.us under a new name? Because after we got money from BG, Val quickly paid all the Wytec patent dues.

Been wondering if IW4G.US would be our new Trade Mark?

I saw that domain name but could not find the trademark. Wonder if going to register it? Have you checked to see what trademarks Val has? Is that at the patent office to look?
