Well, it finally happened. I was Banned from one of the iHub Forums. IHUB seems to have no problem letting people come in and bash companies and their executives but let someone challenge the bashers and that seems to get iHub Admin's attention.

You were originally limited to 2/ppd. Instead of learning the rules and abiding by the TOU, you decided it was ok to talk about other posters, bashers, etc, hence the full ban:

Any time you post about Users or reference groups of Posters (bashers, pumpers, cheerleaders, naysayers, Mods, etc.) in your post, this makes your post subject to removal as off-topic and/or personal attack.

Your messages need to focus on the company and the stock and should not contain comments about people who post on the board. Other posters are never the topic of the board.

The rules really aren't that difficult to understand/follow. People choose not to abide by them then sanctions are put into place.

Users can offer their opinion about the principals of the company whether it's positive, neutral or negative. Saying he or she is "the most honest, upright business person they've ever met" is no different than saying "I don't trust this person, they've lied about dilution over and over"...same thing - just a different side of the coin.

You were banned because you know the rules, you were already restricted and you kept violating them any way.

Basically, it says,

Shysters hoping to benefit from short selling will do so by perpetrating fear.

By cluttering message boards and forums with lots of negative messages, short seller con artists try to make it as difficult as possible to find positive information regarding a particular security. They say things like, "Get out before it all comes crashing down". And imply they are looking out for investor's best interests by highlighting stocks that will go to zero in price causing a complete loss for anyone holding the stock. These short and distort manipulators will do everything in their power to keep buyers away from the stock so the price will continue to decline.

The effect from all of this manipulation and distortion is that those holding the stock will sell it based on the misinformation about the company and its stock. Even if that means taking a loss by selling the stock for less than it was originally purchased for. Simultaneously, the short and distort scammers cover at the low prices and lock in their potential for profits. This can be devastating for the company and the investors who fell for these smear campaign tactics.

Ihub's rules are about paying customers not ticking off other paying customers so much that one of those paying customers leaves. Its about $$$ - not a code of ethics. As stock boards go - iHub is better than most - at least they have moderated boards.

I was a paid member of iHub but quit my membership because what they let go on on the MGDC board can't stand listening to it.
